Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like us to delete the personal data we have collected about you, please send a request to: [email protected]
Include in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief description of which data you want deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
What we delete
When you submit a data deletion request to Complete Wealth Solutions, we delete:
- Account information (name, email, phone, billing address)
- Payment history (subject to legal record-keeping requirements, see below)
- Content you submitted (posts, comments, messages)
- Analytics data tied to your identity
- Marketing preferences and consent records
What we cannot delete
Some data must be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes. This includes:
- Financial transaction records (retained for 7 years per US tax law)
- Dispute resolution records (retained for the duration of the dispute plus 2 years)
These records are stored separately from active customer data and are not used for marketing.
Third-party data
If your data has been shared with third-party service providers (such as our email platform, payment processor, or analytics tools), we will request that they delete your data as well. Some third parties may have their own retention policies which we cannot override.

Meta platform users
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to one of our apps, you can also revoke that connection directly from your Facebook account settings:
facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations
Removing the connection there will stop new data from flowing to us, but you still need to email us at [email protected] to delete data we have already received.
