Who we are connected to, and how

Jennifer Pigg, the companies she owns, and the companies we may introduce you to.

We introduce people to other companies. Some of those companies are Jennifer Pigg's own. We would rather you hear that from us, plainly and in one place, than work it out later.

Nothing on this page changes what you pay or what you receive. It is here so that when we suggest a lender, an agent, a contractor, an attorney or a product, you know exactly what our relationship to them is and can weigh the introduction accordingly.

You are always free to use whoever you want. Using a company on this list is never a condition of working with us, and it is never required to receive any part of any program or service you have bought.

Companies Jennifer Pigg owns or leads

• Complete Wealth Solutions Inc (CWS). Coaching and consulting. Owned by Jennifer Pigg. This is the company you contract with for CWS programs.
• Elite Real Estate Team (ERET), a trade name of Elite Services Team Inc. Real estate brokerage, licensed in Florida and Missouri: buyer and seller representation, investor services and deal flow. Jennifer Pigg's company.
• Elite Property Team (EPT), doing business as Dew It Right Construction. Florida licensed contractor services and owner representation for renovations. Jennifer Pigg's company.
• Healing Gardens Foundation Inc (HGF). A nonprofit working in agriculture and community food access. Jennifer Pigg is its Founder and Executive Director.

The one we want to be especially clear about

Jennifer Pigg is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Missouri and a Florida Certified Building Contractor, which is why she is the one who talks to you about deals, renovations, and what a property is really going to cost.

Elite Real Estate Team and Elite Property Team, the brokerage and the contracting company we may introduce you to, are hers. That is not a problem, and it is not a secret. It is the reason she knows what she knows. But you should know it before you sit down with them, not after, so you can ask the questions you would ask any broker or any contractor and shop the terms against anyone else you like.

What we are paid

Nothing passes between Jennifer Pigg's companies for sending you to one another. If one of them introduces you to another, nobody earns a referral fee, a commission, or any other payment for the introduction. We disclose those companies because she owns them, not because anyone gets paid.

Some outside companies are different, and here they are.

We earn an affiliate fee, a commission, or other compensation when someone signs up through us with Anderson Advisors, Skool, the School of Quantum Human Design, and Community Builders. We also earn a commission on Tower Garden, and every dollar of it goes to Healing Gardens Foundation. With Darren Daily and the Darren Hardy Club we earn points toward branded gear rather than money. None of this changes what you pay, and none of it changes what we deliver.

Anderson Advisors is the oldest of those relationships and the one we lean on hardest. They have been Jennifer's real estate and tax attorneys for many years, and they are her nonprofit attorneys too. She first met them through an Asset Protection Academy training in 2012 and has worked with them ever since. They are on this list because they are paid professionals we actually use, and because they extend Jennifer an affiliate credit that can be applied toward additional Anderson services. It is a credit with Anderson rather than cash.

One more, because it comes up. Structura runs on GoHighLevel, and Complete Wealth Solutions builds and manages that system for you inside its own agency. That is our service and our revenue, not a referral. But if you would rather run your own GoHighLevel agency than have us run it for you, we earn a referral fee when you set one up through us. We would rather tell you that now than have you wonder later whether it shaped our advice.

We want to be straight about why four of those in particular are on the list. We are paid by them and we also use them ourselves, every day. The CWS Wealth Club runs on Skool. Your Human Design profile comes from the work Jennifer trained in through the School of Quantum Human Design. Community Builders is the system Complete Wealth Solutions was built with. Anderson handles the entity and tax work we send people to. We recommend them because we use them, and we are also paid when you join them. Both of those things are true at once, and you should know the second one before you decide.

Companies we do not own

Where we are paid, it says so beside the name.

• Anderson Advisors. Entity structuring, tax, and nonprofit work. Jennifer's own attorneys for many years. We receive an affiliate credit toward additional Anderson services.
• Asset Protection Academy. A nonprofit running free financial education programs on asset protection and estate planning. It is where Jennifer started in 2012, and it is still where we point people who want to understand the basics before they pay anyone. We are paid nothing for sending you there, and neither is anyone else.
• Skool. The platform the CWS Wealth Club is built on. We earn an affiliate fee when someone starts their own Skool community through us.
• School of Quantum Human Design. Dr Karen Parker's courses and certification, which is where Jennifer trained. We earn an affiliate fee on course sign-ups.
• Community Builders. The community-building system we use and teach from. We earn an affiliate fee on sign-ups.
• Tower Garden. Home growing systems. We earn a commission and donate 100% of it to Healing Gardens Foundation, because the point is getting more people growing their own food.
• Darren Daily and the Darren Hardy Club. Business training we use ourselves. We earn points redeemable for branded gear. No cash changes hands.
• GoHighLevel. The platform Structura is built on. If you set up your own agency account through us rather than having us run one for you, we earn a referral fee.
• Outside lenders, equity partners, and credit partners brought to the table for clients.
• REIA contacts and wholesaler relationships used for deal flow.
• Agents, attorneys, accountants, contractors, and property managers we suggest in your own market.

We hold no ownership in any of these. For every company on this list that is not marked above as paying us something, we receive nothing at all for introducing you. Products Jennifer simply uses and talks about, and is not paid for, are not listed here, because there is nothing to disclose.

One disclosure, everywhere

This disclosure is the same, word for word, on every website Jennifer Pigg and her companies run: completewealthsolutions.us, healinggardensfoundation.org, jenpigg.com and eliterealestateteam.us. There is only one version, and every copy is updated together whenever an entity is added or a relationship changes. Where it differs from a disclosure in a signed agreement, this disclosure governs.
